IRL Streaming Overlay: How to Show Heart Rate, Speed, Maps & Fitness Data Live

Combine heart rate, speed, distance, elevation, weather, and live maps into a single customizable OBS overlay for IRL streams.
Most streamers end up showing all of this across multiple, disconnected overlays — cluttered layouts, inconsistent designs, and way too much setup.

The HypeRate IRL Widget changes that.

It combines all essential IRL stream data into one customizable, real-time dashboard, built specifically for live streaming.

— -

What Is the HypeRate IRL Widget?

HypeRate IRL displays up to 11 real-time metrics inside a single, unified overlay.

- You choose what to show.
- You control the layout.
- You match it to your stream branding — no code required.

Whether you’re cycling, running, exploring a city, or doing a multi-day challenge, the IRL Widget keeps everything clean, readable, and live.

What the HypeRate IRL Widget Tracks

The widget pulls real-time data from your phone sensors and heart rate monitor to display a complete picture of your IRL stream:

- Speed — Current speed (km/h, mph, or m/s)
- G-Force — Real-time acceleration across X, Y, and Z axes
- Distance — Total distance traveled
- Time — Elapsed time since stream start
- Calories Burned — Live calorie expenditure
- Elevation — Current altitude and elevation gain
- Temperature & UV Index — Weather and sun exposure
- Rain Probability — Chance of precipitation at your location
- Wind Speed — Including gusts (optional)

Every stat updates live as you move.
Display all metrics — or only the ones that matter to your content.

Display Modes

The HypeRate IRL Widget offers two layout modes, depending on how much information you want on screen.

Single Widget Mode

Shows one metric at a time in a large, bold format.

Perfect when you want to highlight a single stat, like:
- Heart rate during a fitness challenge
- Speed during a downhill segment
- Calories during endurance streams

Minimal, clean, and easy to read.

Summary View

Press enter or click to view image in full size
Displays multiple metrics simultaneously in a compact grid.

Ideal for IRL streams where viewers need context:
- Speed + heart rate
- Distance + time
- Elevation + calories

The HypeRate IRL Widget lets you customize:
